Defense
The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.
- Serve as a technical lead for contractor personnel performing cyber fires, cyber capability analysis, cyberspace capability management, and cyberspace joint munitions effectiveness support functions
- Serve as main on-site point of contact for government mission customers
- Provide technical and administrative supervision for Perspecta and subcontractor personnel
- Serve as first-line manager for assigned Perspecta personnel
- Brief senior government and military personnel regularly on both mission and contract status
- Coordinate contract deliverables (e.g. monthly status reports, trip reports, etc.)
- Facilitate contract staffing (e.g. interviews, hiring decisions, onboarding, etc.)
- Minimum of three years of experience managing cyber teams
- Minimum of five years of experience in cyber fires and/or cyber targeting
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst or related functional area
- Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level III Certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI); Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline desired
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
- Previous experience supporting USCYBERCOM mission desired
