Customer Services and IT Officer TS/SCI w/Poly

Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Customer Services and IT Officer you will perform name changes, reset passwords, send web certificates, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, install and configure application software, and provide tech support and training to end users.  You will provide customer service to customers experiencing IT issues via phone/remote desktop support sessions.


More About the Role:

  • Monitor and respond to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software tools and techniques
  • Install and configure applications software and related hardware
  • Utilize honed customer service skills to thoroughly and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues and errors for users
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI w/ poly is required
  • BA/BS and 5+ years of experience providing support to IT systems
  • CMA is required, current or within the last 2 years.
  • Be well versed in granting access to customers and creating, enabling, disabling, and transferring user accounts
  • Be tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Must have the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
