Responsibilities:
- The Mid-Level CI SME/Instructor will be a strong speaker and expert in the content provided to JCITA students in the counter intelligence field.
- Must be familiar with the Instructional Design Process to assist in the analysis, writing, and development of curriculum and facilitation of training.
- Will develop lesson plans, exercises and maintain relevancy of subject matter.
- Instructor/SME must be able to evaluate skills of students and provide leave behind materials and create instructional aids.
- Candidate will be capable of interaction of students, IC Customers, and experts in law enforcement.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent and must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience conducting Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO).
- The Senior-Level CI SME/Instructor- Operations contractor must have served as an OFCO case officer with experience conducting the full operational cycle.
- Capability to create course materials and deliverables including: Training Task Inventories, Programs of Instruction, Lesson Plans, Syllabus, Schedules, Exercises/Simulations, Rubrics, Resource Materials, Examinations, Job Aids and other specific government requirements.
- Graduate of accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, must be a graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy training course offered by the Military Departments including Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), the Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course, or the Navy Counterespionage Operations Course
- Strong familiarity of ADDIE or other training methodology.
- Demonstrated expertise of Counter Intelligence Operations (both tactical and strategic),
- Candidate has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
Security Clearance:
- Must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance with a recent SSBI Background.
