Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking aContinuity of Operations professional to lead efforts in the INL BusinessContinuity development timeline, relationships, documentation and resources toimplement DOE Order 150.1. Responsible for implementation of the requirementsof DOE Order 150.1, Continuity Programs. Establish and ensure the capability tosustain INL mission essential functions during a wide range of businesscatastrophes.

Provide assistance and coordination in the program management of the INLBusiness Continuity Program. Work on complex problems and provide direction toa group of subject matter experts from affected organizations that implementessential supporting activities.

Work with all levels of management to establish efficient approaches toimplement and maintain program requirements. Advise INL leadership on businesscontinuity program strategies. Serve as the INL subject matter expert andspokesperson with in the program. Coordinate multiple activities and functionsacross multiple organizations. Coordinate the development of BusinessContinuity program documentation and assess impacts of preparedness policies,plans, and program activities. Develop, prepare, and maintain comprehensiveprogram that documents and facilitates the integration of program elements.

Serve as a member of the INL Continuity Emergency Response Group representingthe emergency management organization on major matters pertaining to policies,plans, and objectives.

Minimum Qualification Requirements (Educationand/or Experience):
Bachelors Degree plus 5 years experience in COOP/Business Continuity or Security, or 13 years experience in COOP/Business Continuity and/or Security operations in regards to nuclear material and/or emergency preparedness experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.

Special Requirements and/or Training:
SRT experiencepreferred. Experience with nuclear material.
Must be able to quickly become familiarized policies, plans, and programs.
