Computer Systems Analyst


SAIC is positioned to offer a Systems Analyst, Engineering position in support of our AEA EW International Programs Support task. Prospective candidates need to demonstrate recent EW support to a Navy enterprise with an emphasis on technical project/systems support for large-domain, service-based, multi-baseline products engineered as unique capabilities supporting the EW objectives of domestic and FMS/Co-Development requirements of the NAWCWD based product teams of Point Mugu, CA.

A successful candidate will provide the following core skills:

  • Domestic and FMS case support
  • Demonstrate awareness of ITAR policy and processes for executing technical exchange
  • Ability to sustain a results-oriented technical project plan that is dynamic and diverse in its technical objectives
  • Support, Track and Report on multiple baseline projects
  • Ability to simultaneously support multiple projects including newly defined cases and established projects in sustainment process.  Will contribute to the identification of projects, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, technical requirements, scoping, vendor selection, project execution and reporting;
  • Lead team activities as well as work independently;
  • Conduct progress reporting and senior level product summaries/briefs;
  • Support requirements processes, user stories, workflows, ConOps;
  • Support the build and sustainment of a positive forward leaning test team


  • BA and 10 years with recent accomplishment of 3 years direct Navy Software Test support to a Naval Aviation Warfare Center or NavAir enterprise.
  • Requires a Final SECRET Clearance; active.

Desired Qualifications


Desired exposure and technical familiarity with:   
  • Project support to Navy EW Platforms and FMS partner resources to include but not limited to MH-60 (US & Australian), E-2C, P-8A, P-3C and Triton UAV;
  • Project EVM (Earned Value Management) calculations and analysis
  • Project build and installation processes and optimization of repeatable steps
  • Project Control Board processes and Configuration Management techniques for code release, version control bug tracking, incident management, development, modularization and release architecture/deployment in various target environments
  • Project process collaboration tools and development
