Computers System Technologist II
The United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE) Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G6 provides end-to-end Information Technology (IT), Battle Simulation, and end-user IT support to all ICoE activities and units; performs Cybersecurity Management for ICoE; conducts computer, software, and network management and maintenance for ICoE mission systems; conducts Video Teleconferencing (VTC) operations; conducts IT support to Knowledge Management, designs, implements, accounts for, and maintains the Intelligence Center’s IT architecture in order to support multi-Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) individual intelligence training, Military Intelligence (MI) Force Development and Experimentation.

The Candidate shall provide IT and computing services in support of the ICoE G6 mission. The current environment encompasses a federation of complex systems and IT capabilities distributed throughout Fort Huachuca, Arizona (AZ), and extends to organizations at Goodfellow AFB, Corry Naval Station in Pensacola FL, and MI Schools at Army National Guard Regional Training Institutions (RTIs) in Camp Williams UT, and Camp Clay GA.

In support of the CIO/G6, Raytheon is seeking qualified professionals to perform as Systems Administrator IIs. Specific job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to; troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex issues with Windows 10 in an Enterprise, Active Directory environment; Ensuring security compliance for Windows 10 systems, to include Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance; Effectively communicate and assist customers with technical support while ensuring compliance.

Required Skills:
  • Experience configuring, managing, and securing Windows 10 desktop systems
  • An approved Microsoft certification and/or training OR the ability to obtain a Microsoft certification and/or training within first 6 months of hire
  • A valid CompTIA Security+ CE certification (IAT II or higher)
  • A current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • US Citizenship is required

Desired Skill:
  • Experience securing and updating Windows 10 systems in a highly secure, DoD environment
  • Experience with VMware Horizon virtual desktops and/or zero-client endpoints
  • Microsoft Certified Professional with Windows 10
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3 years relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of direct relevant experience maybe be considered in lieu of the degree requirement
