Navy Marine Corps

The Navy Marine Corps business group provides end-to-end IT solutions to the Department of the Navy including transport, networking, end user hardware and services, cybersecurity and staffing. Using agile engineering and DevOps methods, we produce mission-specific solutions to solve the Fleet's challenges.

Responsibilities

Evaluates communication hardware and software, troubleshoots LAN/MAN/WAN and other network related problems, provides technical expertise for performance and configuration of networks. Performs general LAN/BAN/WAN administration, provides technical leadership in the integration and test of complex large-scale computer integrated networks. Schedules conversions and cutovers. Oversees network control center. Supervises staff and maintenance of systems. Coordinates with all responsible users and sites.This position will be reivewing and testing new technologies for market introduction.

Qualifications
  • Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
  • ITIL V3 certification strongly preferred.

  • Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level III: (One of the following)
    • CASP CE
    • CCNP Security
    • CISA
    • CISSP
  • (8+) years of related experience.
