HUMINT Collections Manager - Task Lead

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Program provides timely, accurate and efficient support to HUMINT collection operations within the Defense of Defense (DoD).  The tasks covered in this effort are for database development and management.

- Provide operational support to Department of Defense HUMINT Operations.

- Format, Review, quality Control, and publish/release Information intelligence reports (IIR), ensuring that all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that Information meets defined reporting thresholds. - -Conduct post-IIR publication Review and annual IIR reconciliation.

- Maintain IIR reporting metrics to Asset in The collection management mission. Utilize available intelligence tools to Assist in a qualitative Review of platform/collector performance. present collection management trends, issues, and reporting highlights regularly. IIR metrics to be included in monthly report.

 - Deliverables: IIRs, collection Posture Statements, operating directives, source Panel Input, capabilities Statements, Standard operating procedures, Integrated collection strategies and collection Emphasis Messages.

- Serve as initial point of contact for administrative questions and concerns

- Perform administrative tasks or other contractual requirements as requested by contractor leadership to include, but not limited to, approve timesheets, assist with leave planning and training coordination, first-line review of travel requests, support new hire sponsorship program

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to Perspecta and subcontractor teammates

Qualifications:

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

- Minimum clearance qualifications: Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.

- Ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

- Experience with leading small teams in non-supervisory operations

- Minimum qualifications: At least 3 years of experience supporting HUMINT operations
