Cloverstack/R3 Intelligence Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Provide the client with headquarters-based support to the planning and implementation of traditional foreign intelligence collection, counterintelligence (CI), non-traditional operations, and technical operations using technology. Combine specialized technical training, advanced analytic expertise, and in-depth knowledge and experience with client operational tradecraft and targeting tools, and open source research to identify new opportunities for operational activity and enhance ongoing operations. Support client objectives through inquisitive, investigative, and action orientation, solve complex tasks, and find innovative solutions to problems or obstacles in an often changing, demanding, and ambiguous environment. Apply substantive knowledge and expertise of operations, operational and technical tradecraft, and intelligence priorities when providing strategic guidance to operations. Conduct all aspects of the position with CI and operational security at the forefront. Work independently with minimal daily direction and be a team player. Use sound judgment, have unreproachable integrity, and multi-task while managing competing priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

-Knowledge of counterintelligence (CI) concepts, principles, and practices necessary to support a wide range of operations and to effectively conduct open source research

-Knowledge of technical targeting tools, both commercially available and those of the client, and how to apply technology to solve complex operational problems in an organized and time efficient manner

-Ability to demonstrate agility, innovation, flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the client’s mission and develop creative yet practical solutions to anticipated and unanticipated problems

-Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently

-Ability to work professionally, confidently, and effectively with US government officers at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or CS and 10+ years of experience with working in the Intelligence Community (IC)

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with living or working abroad

-Knowledge of a foreign language

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
