Key Role:
Manage programs and projects which are moderately complex or are a portion of a larger program. Lead the team through all phases, including concept, development, implementation, and closeout. Oversee the program and contract management, critical path, and change controls. Analyze budget, schedules, and operations and ensure all contract deliverables are completed in accordance with contract requirements. Ensure that required resources are available. Serve as a liaison with the program and project sponsor, customers, and other stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience as a project manager
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and organization
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, CS, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance, or Accounting or 10 years of experience as a project manager in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Cyber operations
-Knowledge of the USCYBERCOM structure
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-CAPM, PMP, or an equivalent Certification preferred
Clearance:
