The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Responsibilities

We are searching for candidates to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Information Technology-Information Assurance-Information Management (IT-IA-IM) support for our client. They are responsible for all applied and advanced Research and Development, as well as the development and operation of technical demonstrations and operational prototypes. Advanced technologies are developed to support revolutionary changes and upgrades to current system operations in the conduct of the mission. Capability pathfinders are developed to inform the client on new concepts of operation, prove out new sources or methods, and explore technologies to fill mission gaps, or validate new mission areas. Specific responsibilities for this position are:

a) Support advanced R&D efforts in creating ground tasking and collection process. Provide technical and analytic ability to advance algorithm transition activities, and providing technical review and assessment of development activities. Provide technical and analytic ability to investigate the utility of new techniques in cloud computing, and big data management; and provide technical review and assessment of development activities. Provide technical solutions involving collaborative, multi-hypothesis analysis environments integrated with knowledge management and cutting-edge data mining. Assist in integrating collection systems and other databases/systems. Define, guide, and resolve challenges in applying visualization techniques to solving difficult intelligence problems.
b) Provide technical and analytic ability on integration and R&D operations of advanced concept ground systems. Interface with and work ongoing and emerging issues in close conjunction with Modeling and Simulation activities, R&D activities, and other activities as directed to satisfy program objectives. Advise on the selection of technologies, experiments and concepts for applicability to program goals, investment, and/or work prioritization. Support all aspects of acquiring external development work to support program objectives, such as specialized modeling and simulation work, software development, and system, segment and component development. Provide technical and analytical proficiency to support the maturation of the technology, sensor mission and performance analyses, and management of the portfolio of programs.
c) Support development, acquisition, integration and operations of mission management, command and control, data management, data distribution, data storage, and ground network systems. Apply systems engineering practices, including, requirements and risk management, and interface definition and control activities. Develop, track and manage security solutions. Develop, implement, and support risk reduction test events. Identify opportunities, conduct trade studies and devise implementation plans to leverage alternate ground solutions.

Qualifications

Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.
