Change Manager

Key Role:

Provide technical analysis for the 690th Cyber Operations Group (COG), junior units, and Air Force (AF) collateral units, including Air National Guard and AF Reserve. Communicate closely with 690 COG and weapon system stakeholders to develop and provide technical reviews of AF requirements, guidance, and instructions. Work with Network Operations Squadrons to standardize operations and develop new methodologies for technical and situational awareness. Perform monitoring and coordinating actions for 690 COG enterprise–wide incident trouble tickets (TTs) and change requests (CRs). Ensure TTs and CRs are appropriately prioritized and resolved in accordance with government prioritization matrices. Leverage knowledge of Enterprise IT Service Management system, Remedy 1.0 and 2.0, and associated workflows and processes.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with change management

-Experience with AF Cyber weapon systems

-Experience with BMC Remedy and workflow creation and routing

-Knowledge of ITIL framework

-Knowledge of AF networks and interrelation to DoD networks and AF organizations and hierarchy

-Ability to clearly and articulately communicate with senior leadership in both technical writing and oral presentations

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification

-ITIL Foundation Certification


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with configuration management processes

-Knowledge of DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) and its correlation with ITIL

-CompTIA Network+ or similar Certification

-Next–Level ITIL Certification, including ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Service Manager

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
