SAIC is currently looking for candidates to join our Army SR2 Directorate Support team upon award.


Team SAIC is pursing the opportunity to provide support to the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-1 SR2 for the purpose of increasing the physical and psychological health, resilience, and performance of Soldiers, Families, and Department of the Army Civilians.

Available Positions:


Team SAIC is actively seeking experienced professionals and incumbent staff to support a variety of program requirements. Positions typically require the ability to obtain a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) or a DoD Secret clearance.


SAIC is seeking experienced or incumbent personnel to staff this program. We are currently looking for:


• Master Resilience Trainer - Performance Expert (MRT-PEs) candidates who possess a masters or doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Psychology, Counseling, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology. MRT-PEs shall have graduated from the Army’s Master Resilience Training Course and be a certified Army Performance Expert. Preferred MRT-PE qualifications include membership with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and education/experience with a specialized focus on Sport or Performance Psychology with a general knowledge of Kinesiology and Psychology.

• MRT Candidates: MRT candidates shall possess a masters or doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Psychology, Counseling, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology. Minimum education and experience requirements will vary depending on role and level.


All positions require US Citizenship, and able to obtain a minimum NACI or DOD Secret clearance.
