Perform user identity and eligibility validation, and assist users with filling out DD Forms 2842. Gather and forward user registration information to the Registration Authority (RA)/Local Registration Authority (LRA). Deliver Certificate Registration Instructions (CRI) and initialized tokens or keyed tokens and/or activation data to users. Assist subscribers with downloading and installation of their certificates, and train users on proper storage and use. Report to the RA/LRA if a user suspects a compromise or loss of a private key. Update and maintain Public-key infrastructure certificates in Active Directory domain.

5 years' Shall have experience with NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS for Air Force systems
Shall be able to repair/replace hardware, to include: converters, gateways, switches, multiplexers, bridges/routers, and encryption devices
Shall be able to troubleshoot using the following test equipment: analog/digital multimeters, line tester (DS-3, E-1 & network analyzers), oscilloscope, fiber/copper testers, and signal/function generator
Shall be able to update configuration management using automated systems (NOTAMs/patches) i.e. ACT
Shall be able to maintain operational, configuration, and other standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Shall have general knowledge of network administration, possess network configuration management skills and understanding of network topologies, i.e. TCP/IP
Shall monitor network systems to improve performance,
Shall have Remedy experience , to include tracking/reporting
Shall be able to repair telecommunications cable, i.e. fiber, copper and coaxial
Shall assist end users with connectivity issues
Shall have experience with NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS for Air Force systems
Minimum of Bachelor’s in area of expertise required by the T/O or related discipline AND demonstrated investigative, verbal and writing skills AND more than 10 years of experience in BOTH the area of expertise required by the T/O AND working independently or as a group member OR
15 or more years of experience in BOTH the area of expertise required by the T/O or related discipline AND working as the leader of a group member while addressing T/O requirements
