As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design Command and Control (C2) systems in support of communications division. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize the Marine Tactical Network (MTN). You’ll develop your skills in Marine Corps C2 Systems, while gaining experience in systems engineering in the defense industry. You Have:

-8+ years of experience with USMC command and control, communications, computers, and Cyber operations and maintenance in a tactical environment

-Experience with capability set (CAPSET), Tactical Control System (TCS), Tactical, satellite communications (SATCOM) SATCOM, Command and Control System (CAC2S), C2 Personal Computer (C2PC), and Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) systems

-Experience with the Marine Corps planning process

-Experience with current DoD trends, doctrines, operations, and operational constraints

-Knowledge of Marine Corps training and education environment and programs

-Knowledge of Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environment and integration into exercise design

-Knowledge of the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), including Authorities to Operate (ATOs) and Authorities to Connect (ATCs)

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED


Nice If You Have:

-Experience with MAGTF Tactical Warfare Simulator (MTWS), Deployable Virtual Training Environment (DVTE), Combined Arms Command and Control Training Upgrade Systems (CACCTUS), Virtual Battle Space (VBS3), or other Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) simulation software

-Experience with supporting Marine Corps client exercises

-Experience with network architectures during LVC exercises

-Experience at the division, wing, Marine logistics group (MLG) or MEF Information Group (MIG) level preferred

-Experience with virtual or artificial reality devices

-Experience with Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) concepts, including Distributed Interactive Stimulation (DIS) or High-Level Architecture (HLA) protocols

-Experience with a Joint or Combatant Command preferred

-BA or BS degree

-MA or MS degree in Modeling and Simulation, IT, CS, or Cyber
