Key Role:
Work under general direction to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs. Analyze procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of preferred results. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary. Use CASE tools, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting business requirements
-Experience in working with product owners and Agile teams to develop requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories
-Experience with requirements traceability, user story creation, and documenting business rules
-Experience with analyzing and decomposing business processes, procedures, and data processing problems and translating those into functional requirements to improve computer systems
-Experience with analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
-Experience with analyzing or recommending commercially available software
-Experience with the SDLC and Agile methodologies
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with JIRA and Confluence
-Experience as a Scrum Master
-Public Trust clearance
-MA or MS degree
-Certified Scrum Master, IC Agile, or a related Certification
