Job Description Job Number: R0045008

Business Program and Management Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we advance a portfolio of more than 450 products across four program management offices to equip and modernize US Forces and support their objectives. You’ll monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like Microsoft Project and Excel and have regular interactions with program managers, acquisition analysts, cost analysts, integrated master schedulers, engineers, and operations analysts. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create program plans and controls for future program Microsoft, phased milestone schedules, budget reports, manpower data requirements, cost estimates and analyses and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to directly improve the Army’s direct support of US Forces by developing program strategies and eliminating risk across projects. Join us and help make sure our mission critical Army program stays on-time and within budget as we make great strides getting improved equipment into the hands of soldiers when, and where, they need it most.

Empower change with us.
