The Business Analyst III demonstratesexpertise in a variety of business disciplines, such as but not limited toAcquisitions/Procurement, human resources, finance, logistics, enterpriseresource planning, electronic commerce, electronic data interchange, securityand requirements determination.
Duties andResponsibilities:
Document analysesin decision analysis and resolution (DAR) documents.
Evaluaterequirements against a variety of products and process options
Assistsin development of project plans that reflect critical milestones, due dates,priorities, resources, and risks.
Providestatus and progress reports on specific projects, and services
Mayoversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the effortsof all staff assigned to a specific job.
Otherduties as assigned
MinimumQualifications: (Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.)
Master’s degree and/orcertification(s) in a related labor category field from an accredited college,university, school or educational institution that has been accredited byaccrediting bodies or organizations recognized by the US Department ofEducation and at least five (5) years of relevant technical experience.
Ability to provide favorable credithistory
Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities:
Must be able to work effectively inan extremely pressured environment.
Must have and use excellent oraland written communications skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft2010 or newer programs.

Theemployee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment,with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
Duringvisits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weatherconditions. Is occasionally exposed tofumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
