Responsibilities:

Budget Analyst. Utilizes extensive knowledge and understanding of Department of Defense Financial Management regulations and procedures in order to assess organizational budget authorities, appropriated funding obligations and various program expenditures to facilitate future recommendations for proposed funding levels and potential transfer of resources. Two years of relevant work experience or Associate degree in business administration, finance or management; Financial Management level 2 certification. Responsible for: (1) Identification of funds for potential reallocation; (2) Identification of POM funding requirements; (3) Identification of resources for potential transfer.

Qualifications:

Considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical expertise. Develops technical solutions to complex problems. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 8 - 10 years of experience, or a Master's with 6 - 8 years of experience. TS/SCI w Poly required. Must be a United States Citizen.
