This is an Emergency Essential Civilian (EEC) positions.

Provide Mission Command customers with courteous, professional, bilingual (Korean and English), expert Training support.

1. Provides C4I customers with courteous, professional, expert on-site technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.
2. Provide software application and system training. Provide bilingual training on C4I software applications and systems, including Integrated C4I System Framework (ICSF), Agile Client, collaboration, and knowledge management.
3. Provide hardware equipment and system training. Provide bilingual training on C4I hardware equipment and systems, including UC, VTC, and network appliances such as switches and routers.
4. Develop, or update as applicable, training services courseware. Course development includes at least materials; classroom slides, videos, and CBTs; CBTs accompany each course in order to provide training to customers unable to classroom instruction. Classroom training material shall be furnished in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and any open source video file format.
5. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
6. Participates in special projects as required.

Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

1. Speak and write Korean at a native skill level, speak and write English at a business professional level.
2. Understanding of ROK military structure
3. Understanding of Korean Military terminaolgy
4. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in designing instructional course material and providing student training using media such as Power Point, SharePoint, and Computer Based Training authoring software such as Camtasia.

Required Certifications:

Must also possess a minimum of ITIL Foundation certification.
