As a Control Account Manager (CAM), you will support the IPT lead in managing cost and schedule performance for Raytheon labor and subcontractor effort within the IPT. The IPT CAM reports to the IPT Lead and interfaces with the other IPT CAMs, IPT Leads, Finance, Planning, Operations Manager, and the Program Engineer. Responsibilities will include control account administration and Earned Value analysis to assist development of task metrics, analysis and program reporting. The CAM will support Estimates at Complete (EAC) and for program requirements, develop and approve Baseline Change Requests, and generate variance analysis reports.

Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizens with a current/active TS/SCI

Required Experience, Knowledge and/or Skills:
• Bachelor degree and at least 8 years demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and capable of becoming certified within 6 months
Current TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, and strong verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in ECR management and cost estimation
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as within a team/collaborative environment
• Prior Control Account Manager Experience preferably in the defense industry
• Experience developing and reporting Estimate at Completion (EAC)
• Proven experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedule/Plan (IMS/IMP)
• Prior experience participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews and Joint Surveillance Reviews
• Ability to obtain a SAP Clearance

Desired Experience, Knowledge and/or Skills:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent
• Familiarity with satellite command and control development programs and processes
• Prior experience working in engineering, operations, finance, or supply chain
• Qualified Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent.

Education Requirements:
B.S./B.A. in Finance, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or a science.
