All Source Analyst, Mid-Level (Political/Military)

As the All Source Specialist, you'll be responsible for a multiple-discipline skill set using Structured Analytic (SA) techniques by sorting, convergent/divergent thinking, and competing hypotheses analysis to merge data into tailored, near and long-term assessments with confidence ratings derived from Director of National Intelligence (DNI) standards. Throughout this process, you will focus on and generate a common operational picture depicting fused intelligence and information into finished products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the All source analyst you'll be focused on maintaining common battlespace awareness by supporting 24/7 operational intelligence watch for theater I&W (Air, maritime, ground domains). You'll also provide analysis on foreign military capabilities/OB such as military structures, military systems, force posture and force disposition. Tracking analysis tools and systems: GCCS, JCDX, GALE, WRANGLER IBS, and theater COP architecture.

As an Integrated Military Analyst, you will conduct all-source analysis in support of US European Command (USEUCOM) Priority Intelligence Requirements relating to Ground Force capabilities and activity in accordance with defense intelligence tradecraft principles.

Additionally, you'll produce clear, concise intelligence products on Integrated Military Forces activity, command and control capability, logistics, and outlook that meets USEUCOM and defense intelligence tradecraft and production standards. Provide articulate and succinct oral briefings to USEUCOM leadership. Refine and revise requirements to address intelligence gaps continually.

Required Qualifications 

  • Top Secret security clearance(must be current), with the ability to obtain Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access
  • BA or BS degree
  • 4+ years of experience with  Integrated Military Force analysis
  • High School or GED and 10+ years’ experience in hostile ground forces intelligence analysis.
  • Ability to do shiftwork.

Desired Qualifications:  

  • The ability to know and understand integrated military forces’ equipment and movement operations.
  • Understand the EUCOM AOR and current threats.
  • Ability to create short term products viewed by the command staff on a daily basis.
