Airborne Cryptologic Operations Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Apply expertise in senior-level airborne signals intelligence (SIGINT) operational, policy, and RC-135W/V RIVET JOINT (RJ) subject matter to support an Air Force client. Leverage expertise in RJ capabilities and cryptologic authorities and responsibilities to develop or update airborne SIGINT operational policies and guidance. Coordinate the acquisition of systems and upgrades to current capabilities to enable improved SIGINT operations supporting Air Force ISR operations worldwide. Work with AF units and a national agency to obtain Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs) to meet RJ operational requirements. Research and develop recommendations on Air Force and national agency SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination (TCPED), collection management, multi-INT fusion, and ISR support to the warfighter. Identify the strategic implications of tactical efforts and recommend courses of action to proactively position the Air Force for success. This position is located in Fort Meade, MD.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with manned Air Force airborne cryptologic ISR operations

-4+ years of experience in a direct airborne mission management role, including Air Force Airborne mission supervisor (AMS) or airborne analyst (AA)

-Experience with SIGINT and ISR policy and guidance

-Experience with collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED)

-Experience with writing, interpreting, inspecting, or implementing National and AF cryptologic ISR policies, directives, and guidance

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with national and AF SIGINT and ISR policies, directives, and guidance

-Experience as a mission supervisor or AA in multiple Combatant Commands

-Experience with Air Force staff actions, including operational instructions, bullet background papers, Air Force memos, Air Force Instructions, or other policy manuals and directives

-Experience as an ISR collection manager
-Experience in working with national agency or Joint senior partners
-Knowledge of ISR planning and collection, processing and exploitation, analysis, and production and dissemination (PCPAD)

-Knowledge of manned and unmanned Air Force ISR aircraft and airborne cryptologic operations, or AF Distributed Common Ground System cryptologic operations

-Knowledge of SIGNT or ISR contributions to the targeting cycle, kinetic and non-kinetic target development, and pre- and post-strike assessment
-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
