CSRA is seeking a Defense Business Development Executive for Air Force customers in Boston, MA** Active Secret Clearance required***The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of account growth, new business development, and customer relationship management across all levels within assigned accounts. Requirements and Qualifications:
  • The position requires development of broad customer and partner relationships and regular travel to customer sites. The position also requires extensive experience in business development and providing thought leadership in DoD accounts with a proven track record of successfully closing business.
  • Specific behaviors include:
  • Leads, develops, plans and executes growth strategy in coordination with Business Unit leadership.
  • Maintains sufficient pipeline volume across all business acquisition process phases to meet targeted quarter-over-quarter proposal and submit requirements.
  • Works collaboratively with assigned Capture, Program, Technical and Business Unit leadership to ensure continuous improvement in Capture, Technical and Proposal quality.
  • Is primarily held accountable for prime, funded, new business wins that support the Company, Group and Business Unit growth strategy and financial goals. As such, is required to drive new business performance through capture and proposal phases by staying involved and in support of all required actions through submittal.
  • Clearance required: DoD Secret, Top Secret preferred
  • Education required: BS/BA in a business, marketing, or technology related concentration
  • Years of experience: minimum 10 years of business development, sales, capture experience
  • Applicants living in the Boston metropolitan area preferred.
