AEGIS Deputy Program Manager

Job Role:

Provide management oversight to a multi-disciplined team, including program management, acquisition and contract management, financial management, engineering, test and evaluation, and program security. Analyze the results for program reviews to help develop an effective and efficient approach to ensure program milestones are met. Brief senior government personnel and be a trusted advisor. Maintain responsibility for technical writing and quality control of program deliverables. Support risk management for task orders, including conducting program or project status reporting and information flow, weekly face to face task order update meetings, preparing for and participating in program management, execution, and technical reviews, analyzing and evaluating program or project progress and status, analyzing the development and implementation of acquisition and testing plans and strategies, and analyzing required documentation and briefing materials. 

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with supporting Department of the Navy clients in program management or technical advising

-5+ years of experience in communicating, interacting, and working with senior-level government personnel

-4+ years of experience with technical and tactical operation of AEGIS baselines and systems

-Active Top Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED
 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting an AEGIS program offices preferred

-Experience with the full planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) cycle its various appropriations, including OPN, OMN and RDTE 

-Knowledge of Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) preferred

-Ability to coordinate and collaborate across various internal and external stakeholders 

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BS degree preferred
