**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.
Core hours: 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. Primary POC for requesting/tracking staff and contractor security screening requests. Develop SOPs and coordinate Service Agreement reviews. Monitor phone calls for the department Chief and three other area of responsibility chiefs. Tasked with routine office administration tasks and be required to periodically report on the status of the taskings. Assist with on-board/off-boarding. Assist with All Hands events and award celebrations. Manage 5 conference rooms scheduling/open/close conference rooms. Access request. Update rosters, phone trees, and phone cards. Escort personnel. Serve as back up time and attendance recorder. Maintain office supplies and POC for maintenance repairs. Track fleet vehicle maintenance with the Transportation Center Maintain calendars for four Senior Executives. Travel coordination. |
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
