Administrative Assistant II - TS/SCI Polygraph

Core hours: 0900-1500.  • Manage registrations/cancellations/waitlists for all instructor led courses. • Maintain metrics for all training products to include Web Based, instructor led, and outreach training. • Ensure participants receive course credit. • Be familiar with selection criteria for each course to determine whether or not the prospective students meets this criteria based on the Sponsor Training System registration requests and follow-on conversations with the prospective students. • Ensure all students have the correct clearances to take part in department courses. • Request compound/building access for students from OGA's or those coming in from overseas. • Troubleshoot Sponsor Training System issues for officers • Work with course directors to set up classroom prior to class. • Clean-up classroom at the end of courses. • Order and maintain equipment used during classes and troubleshooting issues when necessary. • Prepare handouts and course slides before weekly courses. • Act as primary POC for class participants. • Order and maintain supplies used in classroom. • Coordinate with course directors and other stakeholders on classroom courses. • Provide weekly wrap-ups and status reports of completed work to the entire office.  • Develop/update/implement 1 SOP for training and general office Maintain and adjust 3-4 office calendars and instructor schedules on a daily basis. • Maintain and adjust data in a sponsor's project tracking tool on a daily basis. rder and maintain office supplies using the Sponsor Supply System. • Answer Training Hotline and solve any potential issues that may come up with class participants. • Welcome visitors to vault and maintain accesses. • Respond to ad hoc requests from management. • Order equipment for vault. • Process/maintain onboarding and outgoing accesses for department employees. support work.  HS/GED3+  #ADMINCAMPAIGN#HolidayCHEER  For more than 50 years, General Dynamics Information Technology has served as a trusted provider of information technology, systems engineering, training and professional services to customers across federal, state, and local governments, and in the commercial sector.
