Description
Provides general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support. Performs routine and non-routine tasks including special projects. Will be responsible for taking and distributing meeting minutes, ordering supplies, distributing mail, and answering phones.
Additional responsibilities: - Schedule and make arrangements for meetings.
- Research and secure requested information.
- Compile and proof various reports and studies.
- Take and/or transcribe confidential or technical information.
- Respond to customer/client/employee inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required.
- Interacts with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.
Qualifications
- High School and two (2) years or more related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
