LMP Administrative Assistant


  • Coordinate meetings and logistics to include:

    • Obtaining meeting room
    • Securing dial-in numbers
    • Sending email invitations
    • Creating sign in sheets
    • Taking and disseminating meeting minutes
    • Provide Read Ahead (RAH)
    • Facilitate visitors and meeting start
  • Track team’s whereabouts
  • Provide calendar updates
  • Administer SharePoint site (create sites/folders, grant/remove access etc.)
  • Gather and submit weekly reports


  • Must have strong background with MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must have SharePoint experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player, able to step in and provide assistance to other areas within the program
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years previous administrative experience
  • Must have a NACI clearance

Desired Qualifications


  • Prior government contract experience would be preferred
  • Would prefer 5 years or more past experience
  • Position hours normally require staying on site till approximately 4 or 4:30 pm
