Administrative Assistant

This position is not yet funded.

Provide a wide variety of administrative services for the program and customer’s office. Able to effectively use MS Office applications and other commonly-used software, requiring typing skills. Directs telephones to appropriate action officer.

This is a client-facing position where this position supports Government led Program Management Integrated Product Team (IPT) working level meetings. Additionally, this position prepares agendas, presentation materials and meeting minutes. They record and track assigned action items, and prepare meeting rooms.
