Job Description:

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking an AdministrativeAssistant for a restricted program based in Palmdale, CA. The successful candidatehas a combination of administrative tasks in functional areas such as tracking issuance, maintenance, and ensuring correct limits of corporate charge cards for operational personnel. Implements tracking and processing of IMI bonuses and other incentives for deployed personnel. Works as a liaison with GOV customer on travel approvals, processes and procedures for OCONUS deployments and CONUS business travel. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Coordinates with operational personnel to ensure expense reports are complete, accurate, and submitted per corporate standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum4 years of related experience with a HS Diploma/GED.

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.

  • The ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experiencein a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
