Acquisition Program Scheduler

Job Description

CACI is seeking an Acquisition Program Scheduler to support the US Coast Guard Air, surface and C4ISR Acquisition programs in Washington DC.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Develop and update complex program schedules for US Coast Guard Acquisition Programs.
  • Create and maintain an Integrated Government Schedule portfolio.
  • Draft schedule policy documentation, desk guides, presentation material/reports, and training new users. 
  • Create MS Project schedules utilizing standardized Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) templates for major and non-major acquisition programs.
  • Work with Program Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs) the Program Scheduler will migrate existing program schedules into the IGS templates ensuring proper structure, logical linkages, resourcing, and accuracy of critical paths.
  • Assist program TPOCs and other schedulers maintain baselined schedules in a MS Project Server and MS Project Web Access environment
  • Draft and maintain schedule policy documentation, desk guides, presentation material and reports.
  • Provide basic training and knowledge transfer to program TPOCs and program managers

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Secret Clearance
  • Experience with MS Project Scheduling Software *or* Primavera
  • At least one year experience manipulating large integrated master schedules
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with DHS or DOD major acquisition programs a plus
  • Experience working with the Military Services
  • Experience with document management in an Integrated Data Environment
  • Experience utilizing MS Project Server and MS Project Web Access
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) certification or equivalent
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
