Job Description
This position is contingent upon contract award.The MRAP Program is an Acquisition Category 1D program currently producing, fielding, upgrading, and sustaining life-saving vehicles for Coalition Warfighters. This position requires motivated, competent and agile individuals to respond to a myriad of urgent and priority requests for information and action.The position requires data collection, evaluation, and reporting; spreadsheet development and maintenance; briefing support; and general support to the government for financial management information.Functions may include development of financial documentation; assisting with the development of budget requests and submissions; collection and analysis of information concerning program financial progress relative to plans; and development and delivery of appropriate reports displaying the financial progress relative to plan. Candidate would be responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting and analysis. Reviews and analyzes fiscal requirements, generates funding documents tracks funds.Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

URS is seeking a Financial Analyst/Budget Analyst to support the daily operations of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protection (MRAP) Joint Program Office in Stafford, VA.Bachelors degree in Business and at least 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.Four years experience with Marine Corps stages of funds management (MOS 34XX) and the Standard Accounting, Budget and Reporting Systems (SABRS) accounting systems, Joint Financial Information Management Systems (JFIMS) or equivalent financial related software systems required.Experience is required with Microsoft Office Products to include MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint and have the proven ability to perform detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment. Good written communication skills, working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications, excellent management and organizational skill and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance. Current clearance is desired.
