Job Description

Responsible for preparation and verification of contracts and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract or procurement package.

Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed.

Checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and governmental policy.

Will be provided instructions and pre-established guidelines to assist in the performance of their contracts related duties.

Will work under the immediate supervision of a contracts supervisor performing a variety of administrative and straight-forward analytical functions.

Skills

The following knowledge and experience is required:
  • Knowledge and experience with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within either administrative or contracts related technical areas.
  • Experienced using the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and the basic functions of Excel.
  • Ten (10) years of general experience is required.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of related contract or associated contracting documentation experience is highly desired.
  • The ability to interact with co-workers and clients face to face and in meeting settings is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or four (4) additional years of relevant experience is required.
