A Job Agent is a ClearedJobs.Net tool that automatically notifies you via email when new positions that meet your search criteria are posted to ClearedJobs.Net. It’s a great way to automate your job search and saves you time by eliminating the need to run the same search over and over.
Any time you are logged in to your account and have performed a search you have the option of naming and saving the search. You’ll then receive an email every night with new jobs that have been posted. Since you have saved the search you also have the option of manually re-running the search any time you choose to do so.
The first email you receive after setting up a Job Agent may be quite large as it will include all jobs currently on the site that meet your Job Agent’s search criteria. Subsequent email updates will cover only a 24-hour period. If there are no new jobs posted that meet your Job Agent’s criteria you will not receive an email.
